“I injured my foot and could not walk. I purchased an ocean front room for over $1k expecting to receive good service. As soon as I arrived I was asked if I was staying with another person and asked me for their name. I corrected the gentleman and reminded him that I have my own room. I’m not sure why he assumed that I didn’t have my own room but the way it was handled was offensive. I really wish it ended there but it doesn’t. I checked in and arrived in my room. The TV was not working at all....

“We checked in around 11:45PM so we were ready for sleep. We entered the room and found the tub slowly leaking and the stopper down so there was a small puddle of murky water. Not that bad.
