“There were very limited breakfast options. The rooms were a bit rundown. Could use some updating. Just a very bare bones place to stay. Although, it was a cheaper option than other hotels in the area. You get what you pay for.”

“This hotel is currently (5/7/26) being renovated. This is probably the first hotel I stayed at that I didn’t feel like I needed to check for cleanliness. I wouldn’t have felt weird walking barefoot if I had needed to. The room was spacious and clean. Full, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap were on board. The staff was amazing! Friendly, with great personalities and made you feel very welcome! And the continental breakfast was very good. They even provided...

“The Anchor @ Hidden Harbor is a true gem of Deale, MD. Great staff, clean & functional rooms, the boathouse restaurant & bar just outside the front door. Great for families and boaters! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Deale. ”
