“They say breakfast included and buffet in all photos but when you get there it’s 15 dollar credit on a menu that only has two times on it under that. Not kid friendly food. Drinks are not included except coffee. All you get is well they changed it ten months ago and we don’t know why they will not change the website and update it. “Clean room”

“Staff communication was not great. Told breakfast was at 6 but then it actually was at 7. We had an early game so we were scrambling to figure where to eat. Had the staff even mentioned places that were open, that would have made all the difference in our stay. No conditioner in the shower. That should be checked after each guest. The beds were comfy though ”

“1) Was told we could have the room serviced for each of the days we were there. They did not do the service and when we asked a second time they said no. 2) no complimentary water, and the breakfast quality lacking. My wife got upset stomach from the breakfast. 3). One of the bathroom doors did not close properly leading to the occupant of the bathroom lacking privacy.”

“Room was clean, breakfast had good options, parking was a bit clustered because the parking lot is shared and is a very popular spot. Staff are friendly. Great spot for a hotel, most everything you’ll need is in walking distance. Our family will definitely be back. ”

“Pretty dirty and not the nicest area, get what you pay for. They do have a nice grassy area for dogs, next to a trail for running. Might have gotten a dirtier room since we had a pet. ”

“The office area smelled strongly of weed. There were a few homeless people in the parking lot. I Let them know the toilet had a running water issue after we left. They basically said that they have several toilets that are that way and that I should’ve let them know during my stay so they could’ve moved us to a different room. Well, duh. Fix it for your next guests then. They didn’t really seem to care. That sure is a big waste of water to not be taken care of.”

“Check in was great and receptionist was kind and accommodating. Room was clean, comfy, and spacious. Breakfast was ok, the eggs and sausage were not appetizing but the waffles were fantastic. I wish there was a QR code available to tip staff as we almost never carry cash anymore and they were working so hard especially with a lobby full of soccer players. Convenient location close to lagoon, liquor store and outdoor mall.”

“Very accommodating staff! Needed a ground floor room near exit door to bring in large luggage and they fulfilled request with no problem. Clean room. Appreciated shampoo/conditioner/lotion dispensers instead of wasteful small containers. Good breakfast including egg/sausage patties with biscuits, and, of course, waffles. Will definitely stay again next year. ”
