Vieni a Capo per la spiaggia ... quindi perché non stare a pochi passi? Questo affascinante cottage con due camere da letto e un bagno in un tranquillo cul-de-sac si trova a pochi passi da Keyes Memorial Beach. Può ospitare fino a 6 persone su 1 letto king size, 2 letti singoli e 1 divano letto queen-size. La posizione perfetta per godersi la spiaggia, fare shopping, cenare o semplicemente riposarsi e rilassarsi.

All'ingresso, la prima cosa che noterete è il soffitto della cattedrale che apre lo spazio luminoso e arioso dove abbiamo portato la sensazione se il Capo dentro e per tutto il cottage. Il bagno Jack & Jill è accessibile dalla camera da letto e gli asciugamani e le lenzuola sono forniti.

La cucina completamente attrezzata rende la preparazione dei pasti a casa pratica, efficiente e conveniente. Se prendi una tazza veloce di cereali per la colazione al tavolo della cucina o gustati bistecche alla perfezione sul tuo patio privato, questo cottage sarà la tua casa di vacanza lontano da casa. This was our second summer staying at Steven’s cottage. Everything was perfect, from check in process to proximity to beach, amenities (grill, pool, comfortable beds and communal space). It is a great location and the beach is lovely, not too crowded and the great for walking. We’re already booked for 2026!

Breakwater beach house

We loved the location, especially right by the beach. The house eas a bit small for 3 adults and a toddler, but we made it work. The owner responded immediately when we needed towels and recmmendations. Its great for a couple and 2 children.

We loved our stay! We were right in the center of everything on the Cape! We loved being able to explore and have day trips to other towns. We were steps from the beach and had a gorgeous view! Steve was great to work with…we hope to come back someday!!!

Cape Cod adventure

My friend and I stayed at Breakwaters 4B for 3 nights. The location is perfect. Close to the water and good for travels up and down the cape. The cottage was very clean and provided everything we needed. Stephen was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the planning and during our stay.

Cape Central Cottage

Cottage was tidy, clean, and well-appointed. Was on the small side, but efficient in space provided. Cottage served as hub to explore other parts of the Cape, from P-town to Sandwich.

Location, location, location!

Cheerful and well appointed cottage just steps from a beautiful beach. We also enjoyed walking to Main Street Hyannis with its fun shops and delicious array of restaurants. Steve, our host, was very attentive and checkin in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would love to go again to this property.

Cute Beach Cottage

This cute cottage was perfect for our stay - a water view from inside and from a patio - with the beach just down a short path. Steve was helpful and available for inquiries, clearly interested in making sure our stay was a good one. It was!

Wonderful cottage

We really enjoyed our stay there and can definitely see staying there again. Very convenient to really everything you might want to do. Restaurants nearby as well as the beaches, beautiful places, and boardwalks over the marshes. Also, very clean and comfortable.

The Bedt!!

The owner is wonderful, the cottage cozy and clean, and the location spot on! Everything is as described and it has anything you could and would need. Close to beach and downtown Hyannis! I’m already trying to figure out how to do it again!!!

Cape Cod Christmas break

Loved the rental. Perfect setting, loved being able to walk 2 minutes and be on the beach! So much nicer than a hotel room, very clean and comfortable for the four of us. Steve was a very kind and helpful host!

Short Beach Getaway

A quick getaway to the Cape... No traffic (off season).... Beautiful little beach just steps out the door .. quaint cottage with everything you need... Great drives to see the towns and find lighthouses... Perfect!

Quiet and cozy

This beautiful property has an amazing view of the water. The beach is two minutes away on foot and there were multiple places to eat, even out of season. The house was neat and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

Perfect cottage!

The cottage was immaculate. The King bed was very comfortable. The perfect place for a couple to spend a vacation. Steve was very attentive and checked in with us via email and text to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely rent the cottage again. Location was perfect. Very clean, cozy cottage!

This cottage was perfect for me, my husband, and two adult daughters. It is exactly as advertised and the owner is very communicative and helpful recommending local restaurants, etc. We definitely would stay here again if we travel to the Cape. The beach is very close and we could see the water from the cottage. Great location!

Perfect off season getaway

I spent the weekend in this adorable cottage after waking up in 5 different states 5 days in a row for a work trip. The location is perfect and the sunrise and sunsets from the beach were some of the most vibrant and colorful I have ever seen. I’m sure this is an amazing place to vacation in the summer but the quiet and solitude of November was its own treasure. And I was able to visit Walden Pond on my way to Boston Airport—-just a quick 30 minute detour and well worth the visit.

Cape-moon-Cod!

Where to begin! The cottage could not have been more perfect and romantic! Such a great location and beautiful area! You really are just steps away from the beach (which we walked to) AND can see and hear the water from the front patio. It was just tranquil, relaxing, and perfect for our Honeymoon! You are close to just about everything and our last day we went to Chatham, which was only a little over a half hour drive. We did some sight seeing, visited lighthouses, saw a glass blowing demonstration, the JFK museum, visited Bass Hole (A MUST!), Scargo Tower (also A MUST!) and of course did some shopping and eating out! It was hard to leave! The host, Steve, couldn't have been more kind and was easy to reach with any questions (it was our first Vrbo stay). We are already planning to come back in the spring and using Steve again! Thank you so much!
