“Lovely breakfast spread, rooms were very clean and thoughtfully designed. We stayed while visiting Case Western, so location was perfect -- within walking distance. Front staff was awesome, when they didn't have the original room booked, they upgraded and gave us 2 connecting rooms! ”

“I loved the place, but didnt get to stay. There was an accident thst cayse an outage and no a/c in the rooms. Befire i arrived darnell had already called, left a detailed message and offered to refund or take a look at the room to see if it was still ok...my cjoice no pressure. I chise to move on, but i really want to go back and try again soon. It was a lovely place. Darnell also greeted me when i checked ut. With a great smile and super attitude given the circumstances. Great service...

“The hotel was fantastic. My wife and I went out for snacks in the evening, and the area around the park was a bit scary. Not the hotel's fault. But maybe a snack shop inside the hotel would help. Otherwise, the stay was great. The staff especially stood out as friendly and helpful.”

“This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. ”

“The hotel itself was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful. There was some issues with the parking available on site as the garage gate wouldnt register our cards as well as other guests. Staff were quick to come out to open the gate however. Overall its a pretty hotel in a very convenient location and Id be happy to check out the rest of the autograph collection locations when Im traveling near one. ”

“This Spark Hotel had only been open 2 weeks so everything was new. The only problem at check-in was a computer issue which was fixed by check-out the next morning. Close to Restaurants, shopping, etc. Convenient to Shaker and Cleveland Heights area. Wonderful Staff.”

“A wonderful hotel in a great area— perfectly clean place, friendly staff, big room. Literally the ONLY negative thing I can say about it is that the bed was not very comfy, agreed upon by my wife; we both slept pretty poorly, but there were also other personal factors, so we could have just been having a weird night, as neither of us are usually very picky about mattresses (or maybe we’re just getting old…). Anyway, great hotel— I would stay here again if I were back in town. ”
