“This facility is a dream! Once we understood the check in process, the concept was simple and very safe. The aparthotel had everything we needed- including privacy, a dishwasher and washer+dryer. The furnishings were comfortable, clean, and convenient. The room was soundproof. The management was so very helpful. The location is perfect. It’s right downtown in Old Montreal. “The front desk staff and valet staff were outstanding. The maid who cleaned our room was not. I left a tip and the only thing they did was replace a coupe towels and empty the garbage. Floor remained dirty, Kleenex box and shower soap remained empty.”
