“Cutest little place to relax!!!!”

“This was my 3rd time renting Cozy Corner. It has all you need for your stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a great park, community pool and Pizza Hut! The host is friendly and quick to respond when needed.”

“Host(Jill)was very nice. Room was very clean but very small. No a/c control in the room. Don’t know if there was a a/c problem it was very warm in the room so warm we had to go get a room at motel. Contacted Jill about the a/c and she thinks it was either a closed vent or she forgot to change a/c from fan to cool. We had two nights booked there but only tried to stay the one night talked with Jill and she did refund one of our nights. Thank you very much for understanding Jill.”

“We absolutely loved this property. The close proximity to the Shooting Complex was great. Had storms blow throw right before we arrived to a house with no power. Riley was great to accommodate until power was restored and stay in constant communication throughout the entire ordeal. Would definitely stay again.”

“Jill’s property was peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay. We absolutely loved, Dexter, the donkey and Willow and Marley, the cats. We had a very nice stay. I would not recommend counting the futon as a sleeping option. The bed in the master room was very comfortable, as well as the bed upstairs. Jill was excellent with communication and everything was well written out for check in and check out.”

“Whole duplex accommodates 6 people but the kitchen. 4 plates, 4 cups and only 2 places to sit at a little table. Overall amazing stay just had to improvise to be able to seat 4 at the table.”

“Nice place. We cooked meals inside on the stove but also over a fire at the fire pit. There is a small creek behind the cabin that runs when it rains out. That was pretty cool. No nearby light pollution so the sky is really dark at night and you can see a lot of stars. Overall a great experience. Two wineries close by. It's on the wine trail. Close to everything in Southern Illinois. We went to all the state parks.”

“Upon walking in to the property the first thing I noticed was a can of ant/roach spray on the shelf. There was a reason because the unit had bugs. The air conditioning was turned off and there was a musty smell in the whole property. Our party was for 4 people and there were only 3 towels. We messaged the owner around 430pm and finally got a message back around 1030pm allowing us to take a towel from the "property of owner " cabinet and added for us not to take anything else which seemed...

“If you’re looking for peace and quiet you found it. I sat out on the porch and just looked at the pond. Turned off the cell relaxed and enjoyed the view. The host was very accommodating. The home look just like the pictures and when I arrived the air conditioning was going which was great when your from California and not used to the hot sticky summers in Southern Illinois.”
