“The room had a very great view, the staff that met us at the lobby was very nice and helpful as well as accommodating. The only reason I put 3 stars is because the bathroom smell was just terrible. Smelled like urine and I am not sure if it’s just the piping or what. But this is not the first time we stayed in Berjaya Times. I hope they will fix it for future stays.”

“Room and ensuite are compact, modern and clean.
NEGATIVES: 1) The shower is positioned almost right above the toilet, so the toilet ends up covered with water when you shower.
2) The pillowcases and towels had brown stains on them, even though they smelled clean and had obviously been washed. The towel was fraying, it was old and neds replacing. ”
