“パビリオン直結で雨や暑さ知らず パビリオン経由でアロー通りも近い プールは宿泊者限定で美しくて屋根もあり、昼も夜もビュー最高 タオルは充分で、昼はレモンウォターがある 朝食はブッフェとオーダーバイキング 高層階なのでビュー最高 部屋やベッドは広くて清潔 枕は快適 バスはシャワーブースと繋がっていて、トイレとは別なのでノーストレス 水の補給も充分 エアコン温度の調整が難しいのと、ブロックアイスの入手が迅速ではなくて残念でした”

“Check-in upon arrival was delayed due to the room not being ready at 3:00 PM. Airport pickup was also delayed. Most of the pool area was closed for maintenance, and we were not informed in advance, had we known we would have booked another hotel. The valet and room staff were very friendly and accommodating, reception staff did not seem overly concerned about the delay at check-in.”

“The apartment is great in terms of cleanliness. However the whatsapp customer service response is pretty slow and there are 2 numbers to contact, the general and the host. Also the lift is another issue, keep stopping at almost every 3 floors even though no one press. Quite irritating in that sense. Other than these, the room is good. ”
