We had a perfect vacation!

It was our first time in Imperia ... and it will not be the last time! Great city ... great restaurants... great people. We had a perfect vacation and stay at Christina's beautiful house. The house is wonderful; it is fitted with all the things we needed, clean, has a great interior decoration and a lot of space. It is not far away from the center which you can receive within walking distance in 8 minutes. We recommend the house and looking forward coming again. You will have one of the best and very friendly owner with Christina.

Sehr zentral

es war eine sehr gute Lage, das Haus ist schön, gut gelegen. Leider rasen die Autos vom Haus über eine Bremsschwelle, die einem jedes Mal aufschrecken lässt und wir hatten eine große Baustelle im Haus neben an, das einem die Ruhe reduzierte. Toll zum Hafen zu laufen. Gute Küchenausstattung. Die Gastgeberin Christina ist wirklich großartig!

Holiday in Imperia

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Christina, the house is lovely, very clean also very tastefully decorated with a lovely shaded garden with a large umbrella to provide further shade if needed. The house has everything you would require for a self catering holiday. It’s about a 5 minute walk down a brick paved path to the shopping, harbour and bar/ restaurants area. The garage is ok for a modern smallish car a bit awkward for our classic Alfa with worm and roller steering gear and linkages albeit with power steering on this last of the line runout model. Villa Grock is approx 100 metres up the road and is worth a look, what talented man, world famous clown very obviously a big influence on Charlie Chaplin, Laurel and Hardy and others. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Christina is easy to contact and very personable and very helpful. Thank you Christina we really enjoyed our stay. Les and Beryl

Perfect for our needs

We wanted to just “live” in Italy for a month and, quite frankly, we picked this location because of this home. It is charming, clean and very well equipped - it is better upon arrival than the pictures! We traveled to Imperia by car, so the garage (although not easy to maneuver) was an added bonus. No car is needed if you stay here, though; everything you need is in walking distance. Cristina, you are a wonderful host and we thank you for having us in your vacation home! Don’t be surprised if our future travels find us returning to Liguria and this holiday home.

Authentique

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Cristina et avons beaucoup aimé la maison, très agréable à vivre, même si il y faisait assez chaud étant donnée la température extérieure de cet été! Elle a de beaux volumes et est conforme à la description. Sa situation à mi-hauteur de colline donne une belle vue depuis le 1er étage. Les chambres ne sont pas coté rue et donc au calme. On arrive par des escaliers très rapidement dans le centre historique. La vie à Oneglia est encore très typique d'un port, et moins touristique que sur les communes environnantes, ce qui est très plaisant. Très bel arrière-pays!

Uitstekend vakantiehuis

De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer compleet uitgerust. De ligging is in een woonwijk op een heuvel iets boven de levendige stad. Centrum op 10 minuten lopen. De weg langs het huis is smal en tamelijk druk. De bijbehorende garage is voor grotere auto's wat lastiger toegankelijk. Het contact met en de ontvangst door Cristina is hartelijk en ongecompliceerd. Al met al een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om de Ligurische kust te ontdekken. We hebben het uitstekend naar onze zin gehad.

Perfekt! Hier hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns war besonders sie fußläufige Zentrumsnähe und der unkomplizierte Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin toll. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Alle was in der Beschreibung angegeben war war korrekt. Es war mehr als erforderlich an Küchen-Geräten und Geschirr vorhanden. Die wohnverhältnisse waren genügend. Cristina, die Vermieterin, war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfreich, wenn erforderlich.

Zentrumsnahes, schnuckeliges Haus.

In ca. 10-12 Minuten sind Bäcker, Restaurants, Hafen und Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz Lage an einer Zufahrtsstrasse zu weiteren Wohngebieten ist der Verkehr im Haus kaum wahrnehmbar. Die Abende kann man auf jedenfall entspannt im kleinen Innenhof genießen.

Liebevoll eingerichtet und mehr Ausstattung als erwartet

Wir waren begeistert und können das Haus wirklich empfehlen! Die Gastgeberin Cristina ist supernett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und es fehlt wirklich nichts, fast wie im 5 Sterne Hotel! Bis in die Stadt haben wir zu Fuß 5 min gebraucht, zurück länger, da es bergauf geht. Ist aber ohne Probleme zu schaffen ;-) Es stehen drei Räder zur Verfügung, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben.

Bon séjour, proximité centre ville pratique. Dormir à Imperia permet de rayonner de Vintimille à Alassio. Accès garage un peu risqué par rue sans trottoir.

Einfach grossartig !!

Unserer Meinung nach die beste Ferienunterkunft, die wir in den letzten 30 Jahren hatten. Sie ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet,es fehlt an nichts. Oneglia hat sich in den letzten Jahren sehr positiv entwickelt. Hoffentlich wird der Radweg entlang der alten Bahnstrecke verlängert. Cristinas Restaurantempfehlung (Melograno) war ein Hit. Danke!!

Tolles Haus mit heimeliger Athmosphäre

Das Haus wurde mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Sogar eine Badewanne mit Whirlpool-Funktion! Cristina ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, der wir hiermit ein ganz herzliches Danke schön für die tollen Ferien übermitteln möchten. Leider steht das Haus an einer engen, viel befahrenen Straße. Daher ist es sehr laut.

Fin, ren og velutstyrt leilighet. Varm velkomst av Cristina med sightseeing til havnen Porto Maurizio, og gode tips om restauranter som passet våre ønsker. Syklene som tilhører leiligheten ble flittig brukt. Vi syklet til San Remo på den gamle jernbanelinjen som nå er laget om til sykkel- og gangsti. Anbefales! 4 dager var egentlig for kort opphold. Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit Zuhause-Feeling

Die Unterkunft von Cristina ist genauso wie beschrieben. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Und sogar mehr. Denn wir hätten sogar unser Waschmittel zuhause lassen können. Cristina ist eine herzensgute Gastgeberin, die uns gleich von Anfang an das Gefühl vermittelt hat, willkommen zu sein. Platz ist reichlich vorhanden, das Haus ist sehr sauber und tagsüber angenehm kühl. Der Innenhof/die Terrasse hat uns sofort das Gefühl vermittelt, am Mittelmeer zu sein. Der Olivenbaum, der Rosmarin... der Lavendel.. alles wunderbar duftend. Die Zikaden überall.. dann noch die Echsen, die uns ab und an besuchten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Und hier noch ein paar Dinge, die zu wissen lohnt: Das Haus liegt recht hoch, der Weg zum Strand/zur Innenstadt ist nicht weit. Aber es liegen einige Höhenmeter dazwischen. Das ist schon recht sportlich bisweilen. Keine 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt ist die Villa Grock. Die sollte man unbedingt besuchen.. der Garten ist wunderbar! Imperia hat eine überschaubare Größe, bei den Stränden dort handelt es sich um Kiesstrände. Man sollte unbedingt Badeschuhe mitnehmen (man kann sich dort auch welche kaufen). Die Kinder können am Strand neben dem Hafen frei ins Wasser, sie können überwiegend stehen. Es gibt ein Olivenöl-Museum - auch sehr sehenswert. Wir haben uns gleich mit Olivenöl, Pesto und Co eingedeckt. Und weil Imperia recht nah an Frankreich liegt, ist auch Nizza eine Reise wert. Allerdings sollte man tatsächlich die autostrada nutzen. Das kostet zwar Geld, aber dafür ist man einfach schneller dort. Genauso in die andere Richtung. In Genua gibt es ein tolles Aquarium. Alles in allem: Imperia ist eine Reise wert - und die Wohnung von Cristina die perfekte Unterkunft dafür!

Excellent!

C'est la deuxième fois, qu'on loue cette maison! Tout est excellent- très spacieux, propre, décoré avec beaucoup de gout, au calme, avec une belle terrasse-jardin. Super avec nos enfants de 5, 10 et 12 ans. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Il y a plusieurs étages, ce qui permet de ne pas déranger ce qui veulent ce reposer. Il y a tout a proximité. Petit bémol- la sortie de la maison n'est pas très pratique, car il y a quelques metres a descendre sans voie piétonne, mais c'est un trajet très court de quelques metres. Il y a des belles plages accessibles a pied et a 20 minutes San Remo en voiture. Pour la maison-parfait-rien a dire! Merci!

Wundervoll!!! Geht nicht besser! Fünf Sterne!!!!

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr nette Gastgeberin, es fehlt an nichts! die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt und man kann mit dem Rad an den Strand fahren. Wir haben uns in den 16 Tagen rundum wohlgefühlt!!!

Very comfortable house

We had wonderful nice 12 nights at Cristina's holiday house. The equipement is very huge and esthetic. A big advantage in relation to the small streets and less parking places is the own garage - if you come with your own car. Imperia itself is a nice town with all required shops and restaurants and a busy market at Wednesday. It is a good starting-point for trips to the many beautyfull villages arround and the big cities Nice and Monaco. With the available bicycles you can find different beaches in or near Imperia, e.g. in direction to Diano Marina. Cristina gives you good tips for restaurants (e.g. in Porto Maurizio) and she is very helpfull. So, we (3 persons) enjoyed the time an can deeply recommend the holiday house! :-)
