“The Vanguard in Ann Arbor went beyond my expectations! The room, lobby, restaurant and staff were exceptional! Our daughter was a student at U of M and we have stayed at many of the on-campus hotels throughout the years. The Vanguard is in a class of its own! I can't wait to stay there again!!! “Buona struttura, confortevole e comoda. Personale alla reception poco professionale e svogliato: invece di stare al desk è "spaparazzato" sul divano a guardare video al cellulare. Non pensano minimamente ad informare il cliente che la pulizia della camera avviene ogni 4 giorni perchè scritto su uno sticker attaccato sul vetro del bagno. In altre strutture Hampton Inn all'arrivo il personale comunica al cliente che su richiesta è possibile avere la pulizia giornaliera della camera senza...

“The gym was better stocked than other locations we recently visited. The pool was awesome if you have kids. The breakfast was overpriced. And the check out gal was unhappy that I interrupted the show she was watching. But we slept well and the room was clean and well stocked. ”
