Non pensano minimamente ad informare il cliente che la pulizia della camera avviene ogni 4 giorni perchè scritto su uno sticker attaccato sul vetro del bagno. In altre strutture Hampton Inn all'arrivo il personale comunica al cliente che su richiesta è possibile avere la pulizia giornaliera della camera senza...

“good location. easy access to freeways. was in DTW airport in 35mts the day I left. Opposite briarwood mall (not a great mall but for all it is worth). the rooms are sparse, almost austere. Very clean. does the job.”

“Room was filthy. We noticed a huge hair ball in the shower right when we walked in. There was mold all around the bottom of the shower glass. We found loose change in the bed when we settled in. Breakfast was not the best and anything worth having was out or very low. Bathroom walls were dripping with something. Even elevators were gross with substance dripping down the walls. Whole place needs a deep clean.”

“This hotel’s rooms feel like a home in the 90’s. In a good way! The bathrooms, built in desks and decor takes you back. The rooms are a bit smaller, but cozy. The beds are very comfortable. The comforters are actual comforters and not just a thick sheet over a thin duvet. The hotel was packed during our weekend stay, but the rooms were very quiet. The breakfast was so good!
