“Only concern was the mini fridge leaked from the bottom when used, we put towels down to prevent it from spreading but everything else was great”

“I stayed at the Baymont 2 weekend in a row and both times staff was friendly and rooms were very clean. I also love that they just have a shower not a tub.”

“I was in a bind and had to book at room at this place. I paid $482 for a night (surge pricing) and ended up not staying because it was not clean. The bathroom in lobby said out of use, yet as I waited and rang the bell, the staff member came out of the bathroom. What? Out of order but he comes out. Hotel room toilet had something sketchy and hotel in general had a bad odor. We did not stay but didn't get a refund.”

“One of my rooms had an unflushed toilet, and the refrigerator constantly made noise and one of the dresser drawers would not close Room 218. The gentleman that checked us in was rude. I didn’t know how the pay worked with the rooms and he got short with me about it.”

“Buyer Beware! Our room was not ready at 4:20 pm so went to our event. Came back at 12:30. It was a handicap access room (not requested). Carpet was wet, stained, gum smashed in carpet. Toilet ran, had to take lid of to fix each time. TV and remote did not work. Mirrors not clean. Long black hairs all over bathroom floor. The only time someone was at the front desk was when we TRIED to check in - otherwise you had to ring a bell or call a number. Hallway was filthy- not vacuumed. Bathroom had...

“Nice updated or new hotel only down far was finding it as it’s located behind a gas station and you have to use their parking lot to access the hotel parking lot and there was no signage indicating the best western. Bed and rooms we comfortable. Breakfast was normal complimentary hotel breakfast. Never used pool, was hoping for a hot tub but there wasn’t one at this location.”

“The breakfast was very good, and the staff was really good.”

“The hotel room was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. What I don’t appreciate is the housekeeping people waking us up on the last day. Check out is noon and we had the do not disturb sign outside the door but housekeeping knocked at 9:15 and woke us up. I told the man we are staying until checkout. Yet he came back a little after 11 and knocked again. There should be better coordination so housekeeping knows when a person has left or at the very least, honor the do not disturb sign until...
