“We checked in at 3:36 and were informed that the room is not ready yet. So we suggested that we would wait until 4pm to check in. The unfriendly counter staff said that it probably won’t be ready until after 430. We didnt get our rooms until 530pm. There was no hairdryer in the room, the conditioner hair and body wash was completely empty. We notified main lobby staff about it. She told us that someone had been sent.
