“stanza sporca con capelli neri ovunque, struttura praticamente con zero servizio, immensa, caotica, con scarse indicazioni per la reception, impossibile perfino fermarsi per scaricare i bagagli per il check in senza pagare il parcheggio $15 (cosa non menzionata da nessuna parte).
Tante perdite di tempo.
Totale assenza di gestione e indifferenza nei confronti del cliente.
Addebito di resort tax $38…per che cosa?
Brutta esperienza.

“Parking was easy, staff was very nice and helpful. But the room I booked and what they give it’s totally different. I booked king size bed and the gave me small room with two beds , room was clean but in very poor condition, one of the bed mattress was broken, no closets and no iron, basically nothing in the room, you have to bring your own. I was only staying there overnight, thanks god, if I would need to stay more nights, I will book somewhere else.”

“Great hotel for the price! The rooms are a bit dated, but super clean! Beds are comfortable. The pool was a hit and also really clean, my kids had a blast. The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the location as it is farther down from Fantasy Island and quiet, but still only a 3 minute drive to everything. Bonus, the beach is literally across the street. Basic hotel with all your needs. I was very happy with my stay.”

During our second night, the bathroom ceiling collapsed, and a bucket that had been placed inside the ceiling came down with it. Several hours later, another section of the ceiling fell. After this, we discovered visible black mold in the area.
