“Terrible customer service. Front desk are not trained and just tell customer inaccurate information. I called to see how to cancel my reservation because of the snow storm that was coming in awhile back and the front desk woman who answered the phone told me yes I can cancel. “I asked if I would get the $149 refund “ she said yes and that she would cancel as soon as she was done help another customer. I never got the refund. Went back and forth with Expedia who had to contact the hotel who now...

“The pool and hot tub were both down. The hallways were dirty. They’re ceiling tiles falling in multiple places. It looks very old and rundown. Breakfast was hardly anything at all. Could not take a shower because black stuff kept coming out of the pipes.”

“Place very dirty and unsafe Drug dealers in the parking Pool closed since 2020 by public health department Smell everywhere (urine, smoke..) No breakfast It is not a place for tourists or business but only for locals [with "special" lifestyle) We ran away after 1 hour, we lost fare but it is impossible to stay”
