“Beautiful hotel with great cocktail bars attached. Staff was friendly and helpful, can’t wait to come back!”

“This is clearly not 'Hilton standard' property. The building appears run down and old. Elevators and lobby generally didn't appear clean. When first reached room it was unlocked. Washroom is below average. Parking in the property is expensive. I do not recommend!!”

“No parking to unload luggage. Baltimore parking garage charged 110.00 for 2 days of parking. Towels were worn-out. Bathroom was so small, you couldn't shut the door while on the toilet. Traffic noise was way to noisy at night for sleeping. And the list goes on......”

“The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!”

“Sinceramente, mi aspettavo molto di più. Punti positivi: la posizione, il personale, la colazione, con ampia scelta di caldo , freddo, dolce e salato. Punti negativi: la struttura all'interno necessita di ammodernamento. Gli ascensori erano in uno stato pessimo ed anche le stanze andrebbero rifate. Non mancava la pulizia, anche se non era del tutto accurata, ma le stanze erano vecchie. Sono rimasto un po' deluso.”

“The room was clean, and the property was undergoing renovations. We arrived four hours before check-in. I asked the desk clerk if it would be possible to check in early. To my surprise, he asked to see my ID, checked me in, handed me the room key, and told me to come back if I needed anything else. In all my travels, that was a first. There are shopping centers, multiple fast food and other restaurants, and drugstores several blocks away. I would recommend driving. The property is approximately...

“The staff, room, bed, and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch. However, the breakfast experience was just okay and a bit chaotic. The atmosphere was loud, with one guest sitting next to us on a speakerphone call for his entire meal, and another family allowing their child to run wild while repeatedly saying 'no.' A little more enforcement of common courtesy would make breakfast much more enjoyable.”
