“Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights, checked out early and while I was there I requested refund for last night twice at front desk. Hotel said contact Expedia, Expedia said contact hotel. Hotel not answering phone or responding to messages. Unhappy with customer service and will find new place to stay. ”

“Room was clean but rented to have a hot tube room and it did t work. The next morning told the man at the counter and he said that I should have told him that night and he would have fixed it with his sledge hammer will not stay there again. ”

“Easy parking, nice Italian restaurant as part of the hotel. walking distance to the bar/restaurant area.”

“The room was excellent as well as the restaurant. The lady that checked us in was not too friendly however, the lady that checked us out in the morning was very nice,”

“Rooms were very clean, the free breakfast actually had a great selection of pastries, eggs, sausage, pancakes. Hot coffee and assortment of juices. Staff was busy keeping up with the amount of people that were there for breakfast. Extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, a great stay and highly recommend.”

“It was fine. Dated and in need of some rehab. Fridge had to be unplugged due to noise. Shower head was awful. Door did not seal so noise and light were easily let in. A/C worked so room temp was comfortable. Bed was comfortable enough but did not like the pillows, and that’s just personal preference. Location was good for my purposes and they did have some outdoor space which was appreciated.”
