“The customer service was excellent! I had gotten in after a long day of traveling and it was very close to closing at the 1854 Grille and I asked if they were still open to make something quick and they were more than happy to do so without hesitation. Front desk staff was just as great. ”

“The river view was nice. The bed was comfy. We had been on the road over 12 hours, so it was late when we got to the hotel. The staff was friendly. We felt extra safe with a local police officer just chatting with the frint desk staff when we arrived.”
