“When we arrived our room was not quite ready. That was ok the staff right away gave us free parking & offered us a water while we waited. They recognized it quickly and took care of us quickly. Really nice place to stay. The room was really good. I am a family of 5 so sometimes a little crowded.”

“We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this hotel. We booked very last minute because of a storm and flat tire and our only option was a smoking room. It was actually fresher than some nonsmoking hotels. Staff was friendly, easy check-in and convenient parking. ”

“I had a great stay at the Cottonwood Inn and Conference Center! The room was very comfortable, everything felt new and well-maintained, and the entire place was spotless. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! ”

“I personally would like thinner pillows. There was a sign in the dining area about using the pancake machine but I didn't see a pancake machine. Just minor quibbles. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our early arrival especially. We would be happy to stay there again.”
