“Love the location being close to shopping movie theater, good restaurants university of Buffalo.”

“The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The owner/manager was excellent. She was very helpful. She brought extra coffee to our room. Came to the room for our checkout and to give our deposit back.”

“Had a 2 bed room for 2 occupants and had 1 towel..2 washcloths and 1 hand towel… shower was filthy and the BR door was taped together with black tape.. that didn’t stick so was not together… curtains didn’t close.. the ridge in room tray below freezer was gross… just unreal.. can’t believe EXPEDIA LIST THEM .. the pictures of the rooms are nothing like the rooms … floors a filthy… just gross!! They should refund my money for such a crappy listing!!! I left one day early!!”

“You gave us a confirmed reservation. The hotel says they never got it. The property was in terrible condition. You should delist it. We had to find another location when rates jumped up due to Bills- Cheifs game ”

“Tranquillita dell'hotel. Purtroppo i trasporti sono una grossa pecca nella localitâ di niagara. Autobus che passano una volta all'ora. Per il resto, un motel senza pretese.”

“The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off”
