“The staff all the way around made our stay a wonderful experience. We will stay there again should we travel that way again.”

“This Hotel is close to the highway without any road noise which makes it very convenient and easy to access. Very clean and well appointed. Breakfast options are really nice and varied. This hotel felt new. There was none of the minor wear and tear you can find in a lot of hotels. The staff were very helpful. I had a billing crossover between Expedia and the hotel and when I called they rectified it immediately and I saw the correction on my credit card statement almost as soon as I hung...

“We arrived early on the 14th the women behind the counter immediately said we don't do check-in till 3 we ask if we could sit in the bar and wait she said "I don't have time to do that and clean rooms" we left to go somewhere else for awhile then went back very rude women. We went and got settled in came out to the bar and no one there then I see her and ask if we could a drink her reply god you people are neadie. Customer serve is surely lacking.”

“We only stayed one night because we were passing through. We were upgraded from a cabin to the lake house for no charge because of a booking conflict, so that was very good for us ! Lake house was very roomy , and had lots of character. Some antique furnishings , a full kitchen and laundry, and even two tubs of locally made ice cream in the freezer ! Mainfloor washroom was way too far away away from the bedrooms for our liking , but that would be our only complaint.”
