“This property was in a good location, close to beaches, Meijer and gas stations. They had juice, muffins, cookies and fruit available for snacks at different points in the day.”

“The parking lot was closed for repair, so it was inconvenient to find a place to park made for long walking if a parking place closer could not be found. The staff said Expedia does not give out phone # so the motel could not call me to let me know the parking situation. Also there was a difference in what was charged upon booking and the charge which the motel charged. Which was lower charge.”

“Very unique fun, retro motel! Comfy beds. Clean. Pool closed early in our opinion. There was a water cooler and ice free to use. Ping pong, a fire pit, picnic tables, etc. walking distance to a small beach. Cute murals behind the building. Excellent water pressure. Cute gift shop. We enjoyed our stay! Would stay again. Parking lot is a little narrow. If you are a larger person, the toilet area in the room is VERY SMALL.”

“The room was very cute, with a cabin type vibe. The bathroom was small, but plenty of space to get ready in front of a mirror. We played the 9 hole golf course, which was fun and more challenging than expected- a hidden gem! The pool and hot tub were both warm and very clean, with a deck area for relaxing. The only caveat was the dining area is only open for breakfast and lunch during the summer months. Not a big deal though since there were so many restaurants around to choose from. We will...

“Very average stay. Expectations were met with no frills. Room decor was dated and the bed was somewhat hard. We didn't encounter any issues. Complimentary breakfast was minimal.”

“The staff was very and helpful...the room was very spacious and clean. The pool and pool area was huge, it also had a huge hot tub and dry sauna. The only downside we didn't like was that the toilet in the room was too low to the floor. Overall we will definitely stay again.”

“The hot tub and pool area were really nice! The breakfast place was perfect and even open longer than the hours stated. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can walk to Putt putt and really good Mexican food.! You can walk to the DNR building and see fish and animals. You can walk to the beach at the campground. It’s right where the two lakes meet! Highly recommend!”
