A very clean and comfortable, location was great just off beach, and area was quiet. Close enough to Isabela that we could make a quick trip there, but far enough that we could be by ourselves. Also east to access the beaches on the west side.

The residence is new, clean and as advertised. Access to beach is close. But there were issues with the property. Ants in the kitchen. Outdoor lights on all night—you will need an eye mask if light prevents you from sleeping. The beach is a little rough—a lot of sticks in the sand and seaweed buildup. Up to this point, I would still give this residence a good score. However, upon arrival we noticed a few broken items. First, a broken key to the back sliding door—so you can’t lock it and anyone able to climb to the second floor balcony can access the residence while you’re gone. Second, a drawer in the master bedroom appeared to have been broken into—wood split. Third, in the middle of the night an item on the walk—bottle mounted to wood—fell off the wall and broke—we initial thought someone was breaking into the apartment. We cleaned up the glass and reported the broken art piece to management. After checking out we were informed that we would be charged for the damage found to the dresser. Money isn’t an issue with me—but integrity is everything. We found it broken. They claim their cleaning crew would not have missed it. So if you do decide to stay at this residence I recommend upon arrival that you document any damage you find and report it to the residence management. Regardless, you will always run the risk of being charged for the unknowns items that may be missing. I can’t recommend the experience of being wrongfully blamed by this host. I’ve stayed at VRBOs on Oahu, the Big Island, multiple locations in the 48 states, and two other locations in Puerto Rico. All were great. But this experience has ruined my opinion off VRBO. You can be victimized—whether intentionally or mistakenly—by the host or their management agents. Zero stars.

2 bedroom apartment in private community in Isabela, quiet, tranquil and beautiful. Close to everything, pool is awesome and the Dunes beach with access is beautiful to just lay on the beach and listen to the waves.

Property was in excellent condition and clean. Beds are very confortable. Would like to have at least one additional parking. In general terms we like it very much and plan to return another time in the future. Thank you so much...

Carlos and Brenda were wonderful, thoughtful hosts. They provided all of the amenities needed to have a relaxing stay. The beach was steps away, and the pool was close by to enjoy as well. The property is quiet at night, so we all slept well. Since it is a family neighborhood, we felt safe. Many nearby restaurants, beaches & shops made it a perfect location.

Excelente localización y espacio muy tranquilo y a la vez muy lindo. Perfecto para una vacaciones dentro de un area turística muy popular y cultural pero a vez separado del ruido.
