The grounds felt very tropical and also well managed (no litter). Our beach view was wonderful. HH Prime restaurant on the property was very good especially the breakfast buffet. “I wish I can add pictures, room was disgusting dirty . Rolled flack hair is everywhere, old socks, previously left in a room… we couldn’t walk in the floors, was soooo dirty , I think outside was cleaner then inside. I would never recommend to stay there. I made a comment on google , property management apologize and ‘ hopped’ we coma back again. That’s is so crazy to me .”

“It’s awful, sneaky policy to institute a $10/night parking fee and not forewarn us. I reserved and paid in full 6 weeks ago for Free parking!!!! Never received free bottles of water upon checkin No cups in the room Breakfast was very mediocre for a hotel that is attempting to be posh. I had an omelet, bacon, fresh fruit at a IHG Hilton a few days earlier. No bagels left and no more knives at Friday breakfast. No towels at the pool.”
