Hotel a Islands of Casco Bay

“This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience ”

“We were situated in "Sunset C" cabin. It needs an overhaul!! My husband was very upset .....bathroom was tiny!! No mat in the slippery tub; my husband slipped and fell out onto the floor. ( after requesting a mat, a female assistant brought one). The entrance door frame around entrance door was NOT fitted to the door.... gap of 1/4" at least with light shining thru the space. More than 2 switches/outlets did NOT WORK in Sunset C. I believe the newer buildings are probably very nice!! But...

“We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Had a private deck and beautiful view. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, water was hot, and the shower had good pressure. Area was great! Could walk to shops and restaurants. FYI.. room was a bit dated but it had Maine country vibes. I wouldn’t change it!”

“Price was unbeatable, bed was comfy and clean, shower hot and clean. Yes, the place is under renovation and the breakfast lacking, but staff was kind and again, price was unbeatable. Basic accommodations, not swanky at all. If you are looking for a comfortable place to hang out and socialize, not the place I would choose. If you are needing a stay for the night, like I was, it does the trick.”

Dal bagno della nostra camera (105) proveniva un odore terribile, purtroppo l'hotel era pieno e non é stato possibile cambiare camera. “the comfort was a great place, except the fact they were in middle of renovation. So it was very dusty but as soon as they are finished I believe it will be real nice. They even had gluten free bread and real cheerios. This made it handy for me as I am glutenfree.”
