“We stayed in the Precipice Tiny House for 4 nights and we loved it! It is only a half hour away from Bar Harbor and we liked all the amenities it had to offer. Will definitely have to check out the wellness center next time!”

“The condo was very clean and nicely designed. The location was convenient and in a less crowded and quiet area. The host was available and was so helpful with suggestions of what to do in the area prior to our trip.”

“We went for our daughter’s senior trip and this property was amazing. Beautiful views, quiet, enjoyed the kayaks too! Would definitely stay again. The only issue we had was running out of hot water pretty quickly. A family of five and maybe 2 could get consecutive hot showers.”

“This was the most amazing experience. Everything was perfect. We had everything we needed and was able to take a five minute drive to a nearby IGA for food and supplies, and had lovely restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the short drive to the bottom of Long Pond for hiking and a peaceful, beautiful place to read and sit to start and end our days. The campground was just so peaceful and beautiful. I highly recommend.”

“Our cottage was absolutely perfect for our family. The thoughtful touches such as the games, travel coffee mugs and well stocked fire pit and activity closet make this rental stand out against all the others. The whole property was spotless and beautiful. Conveniently located to the park and some excellent lobster rolls. I cannot say enough good things. We very much enjoyed our stay, only wishing it was longer.”

“Perfect base for a family getaway to Mount Desert Island!”

“The cottage was very clean and had all the amenities. Unfortunately the microwave did not work and guest service did not about it. Neither did the local contact. Had bought home cooked food and the lack of a microwave was very bad.”

“The pretty pond cottage was fantastic! Perfect for our family of four to have some space throughout the week. Close enough to Bar Harbor and others spots off the beaten path. Greg was super helpful and very quick to make local recommendations. Highly recommend!”

“We stayed just over a week and really enjoyed all of it. The facility and property in general weee great; our hosts made everything easy and prepared the Yurt beautifully. We had not stayed in one before, but were very pleasantly surprised. They even provided eye covers and earplugs if you wanted to use them. I did not use them, but I thought it evidence of the attention to detail. You should try it!”

“This property is simply amazing! We saw seals, birds, even a bald eagle, deer and a family of skunks. One of our favorite things to do was to just sit on the deck. It truly was amazing! It is also close to Bar Harbor, Seal Cove and all the towns so we could explore those too. The house has enough space to accommodate large groups. Communication with the host was great. We will definitely go back. ”

“Pat's Place was an ideal location for our vacation in Maine. It's located on a beautiful private cove. The house was extraordinarily clean and the owners were so responsive. Local restaurants and cafes in Stonington were wonderful. Distance to Acadia is just over an hour. We highly recommend Pat's Place, a place that feels like your family camp.”

"Personale accogliente e gentile. La camera era semplice ma pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort e silenziosa nonostante fosse molto vicino alla stanza della colazione. Abbiamo apprezzato la colazione preparata al momento e il servizio di lavanderia automatica. "

"The position Is perfect. Near to Acadia entrance and 15minutes by walk from the restaurants and shops area. The room was very clean and spacious, and included there's a nice the breakfast corner at the lobby Bads: not quiet of you have a First floor room (depending on neighbours) And very bad wifi connection if you're not near the reception. The price average Is ok for the location , but for more than 200$ per night I pretend a Better service. "

"Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per due giorni, la camera era abbastanza pulita e comoda, il parcheggio dell'auto comodo e proprio difronte alla stanza. La struttura è immersa nel verde ed è leggermente defilata dal centro città che comunque è raggiungibile in pochi minuti di macchina o eventualmente tramite il servizio gratuito ed eccellente di autobus che passa ogni 15/30 minuti. Consigliato assolutamente."
