“Our first and not our last visit. Beautiful, clean and impeccably maintained property close to beaches and restaurants. The only minor negative comment was the unreliability of their so called shuttle to the 4-5 stops noted . We never saw it during our 2 night stay after trying once to use it. Everything else was wonderful.”

My stay was exceptional, the food was off the charts, the accommodations were wonderful, there was just such a wonderful BUZZ going around in the hotel. People were coming for weddings and parties and everybody was so gracious. The shop did not disappoint either. The chocolate croissant, the amazing cappuccino. “A room with a waterfront view is nice. Waited more than 30 minutes to just get acknowledged at the dinner restaurant by the water, then after waiting another 15 minutes of being ignored...we left. Decor is tired. There are better choices to stay in Newport. It's an expensive hotel, and should at the very least have better service.”
