“La ragazza alla reception ci ha messo ben 45 min per fare il check in, oltre a non saper scrivere una ricevuta di pagamento ha chiesto alla sicurezza di scrivergli alcune parole. La canera era senza asciugamani e sporca, la mattina seguente ci siamo svegliati e non cera acqua, oltre alla colazione scadente e misera e dovevi chiedere per ogni cosa. Ho chiesto per un taxi e mi e stato risposte per ben 4 volte aspetta ora chiedo venga tra un po e alla fine mi comunicano di andare alla reception la...

“La stanza era bella e con bellissima vista. Il problema è che il bagno non ha areazione né naturale ne artificiale , quindi dopo un po’ si sentiva odore di umido. La spiaggia è bella ma ha il problema dell’ombra dei palazzi che adombrano grosse porzioni di spiaggia per lungo tempo. Noi siamo andati, facendo una lunga passeggiata, in fondo sulla destra dove l’acqua è paradisiaca e molto meglio che fronte hotel. “Wildly expensive for what it is. We had a suite room, and began with switching rooms. The tub in our first room didnt work, there was blood on the bathroom walls, the lock fell off the door, we found a used blunt on the balcony, and one of the bathroom lights didnt work. We had a room closest to the lobby, which had loud music all the time. We had a two-year old, so even if the room was perfect we would have likely tried to move rooms. I'm not sure why they would book a toddler in that room....

“There's a problem with the housekeeping. They were supposed to clean our room every day. We complained about it several times, but they never did it, until the last day, when they did the bed, but nothing more. It was really disappointing.”

“PROS: great location, beautiful beaches, many restaurants on site, MOST of the staff were friendly, easy to get to the other Atlantis hotels CONS: one beach staff literally took our umbrella from our lounger that we got up early to grab to give to another patron because she complained about not having one (because she came to the beach late) - obviously this would not be a problem if they had enough umbrella loungers! But there were so little of them and half of them were broken; WE WERE LAYING...
