“I registered in the morning before noon. Arriving at 9pm the host had failed to register me as a guest. The security/front desk had no idea which room I was supposed to go to and would not let me inside. They demanded i acquire a phone number to contact the host. The host never answered the phone or my online messages. After waiting for an hour and 45 minutes the security/front desk solution was that I can rent a different room but now I have to pay in cash. While they made an effort to assist...

“Let me start with the good.
The view of the ocean in the distance was great.
It's not hard to see my room had not been cleaned in a long time.
I can see black mold in many areas of the bathroom.
The room had a bad smell.
Within the first 30 minutes of being in the room, we both saw three cockroaches.
One was dead under a table.
we checked in shortly after 2:00.
It was brightly lit in the room.
I knew that once it got dark many more cockroaches would appear.
We immediately packed our...

“The host was very committed in making sure my stay went smoothly. I had an issue where I misplaced my keys and they made sure that I got back in almost immediately. In addition, the host was always available to help solve any issues that I may have had and for that my stay was an amazing stay. I highly recommend.

“We had awesome stay very responsive host that I really appreciated, beautiful beach which is walkable from the unit. My son enjoyed the pool. Grocery store around the area so as fast food.
We travel a lot to the city during our stay Tops, Anjo World, SM seaside,Safari,Ocean park and more we pay so much to our commute back and forth for like 1000 pesos depending on traffic so if you want beaches and quiet places this is the place for you to stay. ”
