“My stay with Harolds is pretty decent. I was a little bit disappointed because I booked a Superior Room, 1 King Bed but the room looked dated. The flooring near the desk was damaged and was a tripping hazard. The room did not have a blowdryer and hair conditioner which is what I believe to be a norm in hotels. The room was spacious enough to accommodate all my belongings and the AC was really cold, which is super ideal. Staff members were quick to respond to requests - very commendable. Also,...
