Hotel LGBTQIA+ a Isola di Cebu

“Everything was very nice like before...my only disappointment was with the front desk, they were not as friendly as before, no real attempt to be accommodating and responses were very short and generally negative. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay and very much like the restaurant inside...”

“Ottimo hotel centrale. Molti fast food vicini ma pochi ristoranti. Struttura recente. Personale gentile. Un poco rumoroso soprattutto la notte per il traffico.Ottimo, anche se limitato, il breakfast, alla carta, senza pero' scelta di dolci e di succhi di frutta per mancanza di buffet. Solo un asciugamano grande in camera e poco shampoo e carta igienica. Antipatica la richiesta di cauzione in contanti di 1000 pesos che ritornano an check out.”

“Staff is great and friendly. The bed in the room was terribl. Mattress is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Impossible to sleep on your side. Other things I didn't like...only 2 bath towels. In the heat I took two showers a day and had to reuse towel for second one. Should have 4 towels per room. Also..I saw cockroach twice during my stay in my room and a Lil gecko thing on the wall. Should have better seals on doors to stop that or traps. Lastly there was a sewer type smell coming out of...

“The room was clean, the view was amazing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, too! We really enjoyed our stay. ❤️”

“Stayed one night on our way to Bohol. Place was clean and convenient to get to the ferry terminal.”

“Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean but the shower stall needs to be cleaned thoroughly from molds. I’m allergic to molds so the stay kind of making my allergies act up. Still, I highly recommend the hotel to my family and friends. The location is perfect for shopping and accessible by any form of transportation.”

“We did not use the pool. Staff were great but the propert was poorly maintained..My husband and i had to check out 4 days early. The bed was very uncomfortable.”

“Prezzo competitivo, ottima posizione. ottima pulizia. consigliato”

“Very basic but the pool was really nice! Check-in was very time consuming and problematic. There was a Security Guard who thought we had the wrong location.. then he checked and directed us around to the back of the property where we met with hotel reception staff who could not confirm My registration and had to call their boss to get us a room. The room was not really ready because they say that they were not expecting us! ”

“It was a nice quiet stay and staff was alwayas kind and helpful, location is good, it needs only some reovation in the furniture.-..”

“I booked one family room for the wedding it was nice and all staffs are helpful”

“Overall it was always a good experience thank you to the lady who check me in. She was really polite and smiley. Kudos to you all. Every time i fly back in Cebu. Bayfront is always my place to stay. No Danggit served and dried squid serve in breakfast. But no big deal. It was just a craving for me specially im just visiting Pinas. Good luck and keeo up the great customer service👌”
