Do not book through expedia they are no help and all their room for this hotel are non refundable no excuses. God forbid you have a death in your family or all planes were grounded due to severe weather or wars, nothing will change the hotel or expedia mind about waiving cancellation fees. “Il personale è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. La camera aveva i letti comodissimi ma purtroppo la tv non funzionava. Ci hanno cmq chiesto se volevamo sostituire la stanza .Piscina carina anche se non proprio pulita Si mangia bene.”

“The staff was great, they were very helpful and did what they could to help us enjoy our stay. The room we had only had one electrical outlet in it. The TV programming was predominantly in Asian, the view outside our window was awful, the mirror in the bathroom had an LED light around it that flashed on and off all night which typically isn’t a big deal but the door was glass so we saw that all night and the exercise room has cheap and outdated equipment. The bottom line is the staff is great....
