Motel a Isola di Cebu

“We booked this a week prior to our arrival but when we arrived past 7pm the Manager on duty told us that the Expedia did not pay our stay and cancelled our booking, it was a 2 hours exchanging of communication between us and the Shangri-la and they instructed us to call Expedia as they are the vendor and we did not pay directly to them. I told them that I got confirmation that it was not cancelled and letter from Shangri-la reservatiom team that they are expecting our stay. Why should I...

“Il personale è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. La camera aveva i letti comodissimi ma purtroppo la tv non funzionava. Ci hanno cmq chiesto se volevamo sostituire la stanza .Piscina carina anche se non proprio pulita Si mangia bene.”
