“Our second visit here was just as nice as our first. We asked for a room change right away, which was granted with no issues. We had sporadic housekeeping, which we didn’t really understand. Not replacing towels is fine, but some days the beds were made and trash emptied and some days not. We ended up with overflowing trash cans & quite a mess.
