“Complete lack of communication and terrible customer service. Staying at Trade Winds was an absolute headache due to constant miscommunication and unhelpful staff. I emailed prior to arrival regarding early check-in and was told it was possible. “We had a wonderful stay! We loved our ground floor room, the outdoor shower was great for keeping our room sand free during our stay. It was quiet, the air conditioner was cold/worked well and the hosts were exceptional. They also allowed us to check in early for a small fee. 10/10 - Would definitely stay again!”
