“Our room was on the 3rd floor and we were not told there was not an elevator. The sheets and blankets had holes. One cake of soap was provided. It was the size of a quarter and was for 2 people for 2 days. The mattress was very uncomfortable with a dip in the center. The furniture was very worn with torn chairs. The hotel does have a good location.”

“I enjoy going to the Outer Banks off season when it's a bit cooler and there are a lot less people. We wanted to be able to have a house close to the beach that also provided some privacy and we wanted a hot tub. In addition, we require a full kitchen because my son has allergies so we can't go to restaurants. I have to cook all of our meals.This was a lovely home. “Lovely location on the water. Beautiful sunsets. Quiet, attractive neighborhood that's lovely for a stroll. Publix a few minutes away by car. Well equipped kitchen, nice spaces for hanging out as a group - outside on the deck, inside with open plan living and dining area. We'd happily stay here again.”

“Awesome bungalow in a great location! Easy to walk to Avalon pier/beach. Pictures of property are accurate, loved the screened porch, outdoor shower and wood stove. Nice neighborhood, we will be back. ”
