L’area relax (piscina molto piccola) sufficiente ma c’è molto di meglio nei dintorni allo stesso prezzo. Stessa valutazione per la colazione: poiché non c’è un’area colazione viene fornita in un bel cesto davanti alla camera al mattino. Penso che al prezzo di vendita della camera (2100 euro per 7 notti per 3 persone in agosto) sarebbe stato meglio avere una vera area colazione con la possibilità di...

“Appartamento nuovo, ben curato e ben fornito di accessori per la cucina. Posizione comoda con parcheggio gratuito. Giardino molto bello e possibilità di usare la jacuzzi in giardino. Ottima esperienza ! ”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. I appreciated being able to do my laundry easily with the machine in the garage and the estendal in the closet. It was very close to universidade do Açores, which we needed. But also close to other more tourist things like the seaside and the beautiful church. Really the only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom doesn’t have a fan for ventilation, but very small since you’re not in a bathroom for very long anyways.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The units are spacious and very clean. An open courtyard is available for use. The location is excellent for exploring Ponta Delgado. The garage is a great benefit if you rent a car.”

“Absolutely 10/10! We were so surprised that our unit had two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Total bonus, as we were expecting one bedroom and one bathroom. Everything was top notch, the breakfast was fabulous and the front desk was extremely helpful! The daily WhatsApp messages to give suggestions and help with any requests (like booking reservations) was the best. Free, underground parking was great. Expectations exceeded big time! Will definitely return!”
