“This hotel is a lovely oasis of calm in the city of Ponta Delgada! It’s stylish and modern and the pool is a welcome destination after a day out adventuring. Breakfast was delicious; I cannot recommend the restaurant for dinner as it is closed Monday and Tuesday nights (the two nights of our stay). There was some construction going on that was a bit noisy during the daytime hours (renovations of a nearby property) and the beds were too firm for my taste. “We stayed at Moinho da Areia for three days and really enjoyed it. The location is right by the beach, so you fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The bed was very comfortable, the room felt warm and inviting, and Cristina took great care of everything. It’s also a good base for exploring the island. We hope to return in the future.”

Tomar los desayunos caseros, típicos de la zona preparados con cariño en una terraza con vistas al océano y montañas ,es una pasada.
