“Tiene una playa muy linda pero: 1. Las zonas comunes necesitan mantenimiento. 2. Asoleadoras dañadas 3. Muy lentos y poco atentos, por ejemplo, me contactaron del experience hasta la ultima noche. 4. El precio de la comida es bien alto y no es acorde con la calidad. 5. El cuarto hermoso pero la casa donde está, necesita mantenimiento, escaleras dañadas, pintura en mal estado. 6. La recepcion asusta cuando uno llega. 7. Si no fuera por la naturaleza y el paisaje, la verdad hubiera sido...

We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. “Hay cambio de administración y están haciendo el esfuerzo de mejorarla, pero en general está muy desgastadas las instalaciones, les falta ventilador (no de techo) por el calor, la alberca no tiene las baldosas al 100%, en las habitaciones no hay limpieza rigurosa y no garantizan que funcione todo. Las comida el servicio de su personal excepcional! Les tomamos mucho cariño pero deben invertirle al hotel para que sea algo agradable y que dé gusto disfrutar. ”
