“Spent two nights here on my own to extend a family trip. I was met by Mark who welcomed me and gave me a tour. The coziest space, beautiful gardens, a screened in porch with comfy places to sit and read. Upstairs, the bed is so comfortable with soft cotton sheets and a variety of pillows. “The house exactly as described! Comfortable and cozy! When driving up at night, it’s the first driveway past the “hidden driveway” sign! It was so dark we passed it twice! House is set off of street!The views can’t be beat! The porch was favorite place to congregate! It’s about a 45 minute drive to Boothbay. “House was very clean with the exception of some dust/sand on floors, even though you could not see it walking on the floors in bare feet always felt that that maybe a good washing was needed. We just swept with the broom/vacuum and it was better. But one thing that really stood out when arriving is the cement stairs dug into the hill that you needed to go down to get to the house.
