Condizionatore non funzionante per filtro sporco.Capelli nel letto e sul cuscino, alla reception, con disappunto, mi hanno consegnato una federa invitandomi a cambiarmela senza nessuna scusa. Housekeeping praticamente inesistente, non rifanno il letto (che di per sé ha già lenzuola ingiallite) ma si limitano ad aggiungere prodotti da bagno (all'arrivo 2 di essi erano già usati). “Appena arrivati ci hanno informati che la piscina non funzionava (e questo dal 15 agosto) e dunque se volevamo andare in piscina dovevamo prendere la macchina e recarci presso un altro hotel. “Staff was wonderful. So many free amenities to choose from for paddle boarding, kayaking, and snorkeling. Lovely waters right around there to see sea life up close. The water, the view, the sunsets, the staff, the pool, yes we already miss it!!”

“The parking area is huge compared to the number of rooms for rent. Only met the property manager on check-in. Very nice. Has lived in the Keys for over 40 years. The window A/C was very strong and lound for the small space. The room was small but included 2 very nice bed end tables, TV, Refrigerator, but no freezer, round table and chair and of course a TV. The tiled floor was a nice touch. Very clean. The buildings a spread far enough apart you don't hear much from the other renters. ”

“Il resort è Magnifico, sicuramente il più bel posto dove ho soggiornato alle Keys. Il personale è presente ed attento alle esigenze degli ospiti!!! Semplicemente un posto perfetto per godersi le Keys. Il Tiki bar è il miglior posto di Marathon per vedere il tramonto e bersi un buon cocktail. Assolutamente consigliato anche a famiglie con bambini, noi abbiamo soggiornato con due bambini uno di 5 e 3 anni! Le piscine sono calde una è sempre piena di giochi per bambini!!! ”
