“The staff were amazing! When we arrived, they did not actually have my booking (which I booked using Expedia) but I had the confirmation email. They made sure to calmly go over some options for my family. We had a family loft room booked and they upgraded us to a larger accommodation that would be comfortable for myself and my four kids. “The "cabin" is a beautiful small house that looks like it was built very recently. Lots of natural light, a big kitchen, and a very private feeling covered patio with a gas fireplace. The loft works ok for sleeping but the ceiling is low up there and it would be greatly improved with some curtains to block the early morning sun - and maybe some privacy curtains as well to separate that space from the rest of the house. "Missed opportunity for a wonderful location: restaurant closed, bar closed, SPA closed, reception closed from 6pm. It was a ghost hotel. Staff is kind but can hardly cope with such unpleasant conditions of the hotel. "
