“Didn’t like the smell”

“The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool were fantastic, and our stay in the Grand Royal Suite exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights was the hand-holding trail—it gave us a unique opportunity to connect and enjoy quality time together while sharing an activity. One thing to note is that there are no windows throughout the room, which adds to its private and secluded atmosphere. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back!”

What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. “Everything was great except the shower head had very little pressure.”

“First room had no power or AC. We were told they did not have another room with 3 beds so one of our party had to sleep on the floor. Elevators were sketchy. Lady at the front was rude about switching our rooms. It was just a terrible experience and we will not be starting here again.”
