“The rooms were very big and fit our family of five well this was a last-minute stay as the hotel we booked (in a different city) was awful and we had to drive and find another hotel. I was super pleased with this stay. The breakfast was delicious and it was super close to the mall and Topgolf.”

“I stayed at the hotel from June 20 to 21. The next morning, both my wife and I discovered several itchy, red insect bites on our bodies. I informed the front desk staff and showed them the bites, but the attendant asked no questions and showed absolutely no reaction to what I said.”

Walking down the hall to my room it was clear there was little to no air circulation, along with very dated carpet wrinkling up. The carpet should be replaced as it poses a trip hazard. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. “I was in town for a funeral and was only there for one night but had to be moved because the AC unit had a loud screeching noise in the first room. I was pleased with the second room until I found out that the lights near the bathroom sink/shower area wouldn’t come on but I was too physically and mentally exhausted to move again (I just wanted to shower and get some rest).
