“This was a fairly new hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Ideal location with many food spots and nearby stores (ex. Walmart) to grab a few last minute items you might have forgotten to pack. I would note it was difficult getting to and from the hotel due to heavy traffic at times.”

The oatmeal bar add-ins, (raisins, brown sugar, variety of nuts etc.) along with the bagel variety and cream cheese pods did not taste fresh. The Belgium waffle batter was took thick to allow it to expand in the waffle iron, and the trash cans were already overflowing on Sunday morning at 7:20am. “The room had a bad odor. There was an insufficient number of towels for two people. No TV Schedule guide, no paper and writing utensils in the room. No door hanger " Do Not Disturb". I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi Guest network on my personal devices. All the staff could do was say Sorry. When issues were brought to their attention. I will not be staying at a Best Western Hotel anytime soon.”
