“Simplistic. The property could use a bit of maintenance. The shower faucet was loose and wobbly, shower head hose was pretty worn. Breakfast was abominable.”

“From the time we arrived through check out every staff member we encountered was friendly and offered assistance. Check-in was very smooth. We arrived about an hour and half early and we were able to check-in. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The food and drinks were delicious. The pool was nice, clean and warm. It was my first visit. I’ll definitely be back.”

“The rooms were dirty. Coffee pot in room had old coffee drippings and the cups were not clean. There was mold on the shower curtain. The elevators and ice machines did not work. The smell of the carpet in the hallway was terrible. The paint was peeling off the wall. There was dust and hair in the corners of the rooms. I was booked for an entire week. After one night of sleep and getting no sleep because the A/C in the room did not cool, I checked out. I have never been so disappointed with a...

“The front desk was a 20 minute wait being the gentleman was in the bathroom .no greeting as well as no updates on breakfast times or info about the hotel .the shower had workmen hair in its previous from housekeeping.”
