“Struttura recente, confortevole , con camere ampie e ampia possibilità di parcheggio, anche coperto . Apprezzata la possibilità del self service e mini supermercato interno così degli altri servizi .. Purtroppo un po’ decentrata rispetto alle zone centrali di Toronto ”

“Avremmo potuto essere reduci da un volo intercontinentale di 10 ore, ma l'unica cosa richiesta subito al check in è stata "passport and credit card" nel pieno efficienzialismo statunitense (a due passi). Nessuna traccia di upgrade o servizio vip access. La stanza è ampia al 12esmo piano e si affaccia su un cortile interno e su altri grattacieli. Molto carina la zona cucina e sala relax. È presente acqua di cortesia e una macchinetta del caffè. La stanza è dotata persino di asciugatrice. Non c'è...

“It was comfortable and a convenient location. We didn’t use parking, but there was an assigned spot available to use. There is a grocery store within easy walking distance. They desperately need better lighting in both bedrooms - we had to move the living room lamp into the smaller bedroom if we would have been in darkness once daylight was done. Also, for those who live places (like BC) where garbage chutes are almost never seen, there is one on the floor. ”

“I’ve completed escape rooms that were easier than getting access …. It was to the point where my wife and I were thinking we got scammed. Thankfully security shared a cell number where we could reach someone from the company, but even after that there were multiple hoops to jump through and issues sending the wrong information.”

“Pool availability was not guaranteed despite being in the search filters. The place was clean but needed a few repairs. Beds were below hotel standards.”
