“This is a gorgeous resort with lovely service. Everyone very kind and helpful. I loved walking around and hearing all the amazing birds. Our room was spacious and very nice. Gorgeous grounds, too! The restaurants were good but not amazing - they are serving a lot of people. We enjoyed the poolside food (poke, ceviche, cheap nojitos!). The breakfast buffet was okay - liked the quesadilla station and the fresh fruit, and the pastries were good. But it was frenetic and crazy (go early!) and there...

“La alberca esta helada, según lo que nos comentaron en esa parte de la playa siempre hay muchísimo viento, tanto q hacen un festival de viento que padre, lo malo es que la alberca no es climatizada y con tanto viento, no ayuda nada, casi nadie se mete a la alberca, te congelas”

“The maid did not leave towels, soap, and toilet paper some days. The pool concierge just takes your towels and clothes and moves them, and is very rude.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We thought the food was pretty good. The beach and ocean are clean. This resort mostly caters to Spanish speaking guests but a handful of the staff could speak English. The beds were a bit small. We would go back!”
