“We had a wonderful 7-night stay at this property in May 2025. It is recently renovated and very comfortable with plenty of space and perfect amenities for hitting the parks and beaches on St John. The balcony view is great and there is a dedicated parking spot for your rental car. The driveway is steep and a little tight, but you learn to maneuver it quickly. There is some road noise and roosters crowing nearby but it did not take anything away. The property manager, Julice, communicated...

“The house was exactly as advertised and perfectly situated between the less-touristy sides of the Island. We were there for the National Park experience primarily, and the house's location was a short distance to all things interesting: hiking, snorkeling, bars, and grocery stores. The driveway is a bit daunting, particularly without back-up cameras in a lot of the rental vehicles, but it is doable. The large patio is meant for sipping cocktails and every possible cooking utensil was there....

“We had a great trip to St. John and an overall positive stay at this property. The cottage was clean, well-located, and had most of what we needed. We appreciated the use of the cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. A few small additions like extra trash bags or a laundry basket would have been helpful, but nothing that took away from the trip. Overall, a good place for a laid-back island stay.”

“It is a quiet accommodation with nearby places to eat and shop located in a central area. Good communication. The air works well. It doesn't have a water heater but the island is hot but refreshing at night. Otherwise excellent.”

“Our stay was wonderful. Sargassum weed was awful in May. We didn’t let us stop us from enjoying the beaches. Hope to return. ”

“Absolutely lovely home in a gated villa with fully stocked kitchen, private pool / sun deck and comfortable couches, screened in porch and king size bed! Host checked in with us over the app, check in / check out process was very smooth, and they even provided beach chairs, towels, sunscreen and bug spray for us. Great location up the hill (8 min drive) from restaurants, bars and the ferry dock. Would highly recommend!”

Take it and do your own research as there is soooo much to do within your limited time there. Also, Bob the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful too! Location: you’re on Coral Bay, super convenient for those looking for adventure as you can access the whole island from the less populated side of the island and skip traffic heading to the north side beaches....
