“The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.”

“Value for the money, its spacious and also clean which is what we are looking for. However, the roads around it are narrow and often gets jammed since they are within walking distance of CIQ. Other than that, will definitely come back and stay! Oh they also have a free shuttle to CIQ, good to check the frequency :)”

“Holiday Villa Johor Bahru was situated at a good location, whereby just across the street is the KSL mall and also along the road there are a few eateries and massage shops throughout the day🙂🙂🙂. Room and facilities at the hotel are spacious and clean. Not to forget to the housekeeper who clean the Room 1228 for the period 27th July to 28th July 2025. “One would need a transport to go around from this property. It is a condominium that is very near the City Square but one is unable to walk there due to the Customs building. The room was clean, though there are some spots which need more cleaning. It was strange that the plates, bowls, forks, spoons and cups are all laid out on the table.
